I recently had my deck rebuilt and I couldn't be happier! They were fully transparent when some unforseen issues came up as they usually do with construction and always had a solution. The extra steps they took to make sure this deck will last for a long time was constant throughout the build. We hired Dominic and his team to redo the cosmetic stonework on our balcony. The previous owners patched it for the last 20 years and I can't believe the balcony looks brand new again! The crew even noticed the house wrap was never done, which is why it kept falling apart. They immediately fixed it along with all the cosmetic work and let us know every step along the way. Even with the added work, they didn't stall the project once. I cannot express how grateful I am the team saved us thousands of dollars in repairs down the line and they matched the stone that was installed over 25 years ago! We're so impressed with Dominic and his crew we're having them come back for more house repairs and a few remodel projects. Dom and the team at Faith Built It did outstanding work on my home. They repaired masonry and siding that was letting water in, and in the process identified that parts of my home hadn't been built to code, something no one else had caught. Dom walked me through how the work should have been done originally, why it was failing, and exactly what his repair plan was to fix it correctly. That level of communication is rare. Most contractors just quote you a number; Dom took the time to make sure I actually understood what was happening to my house and what my options were. Dominic and his crew re did the flooring in my home and it was amazing! The team was nice super respectful and very accommodating to my dog. They were quick everything was done efficiently and they took care of spots I didn’t even think could be re-floored. Faith Built It was contracted by our builder to perform various warranty repairs on our 4 year old house (roofing leaks, ceiling retexturing and painting, attic insulation refresh, and vent soffit replacement). The quality of their work was better than the original construction on our house. The crews take pride in their work and the owner is committed to doing things right.
